He has faithfully executed his oath of office as a law enforcement officer for 32 years as he nurtured his passion for helping create safe and trusting communities where citizens and law enforcement work in harmony.

The purpose of the Sheriff’s Youth Outreach Program is to facilitate opportunities for pre-teens, teens and young adults which build trust and desire to engage in pubic service to their communities. Through formal programs and non-profit organizations, I look to engage our young community to embrace public service and work with our first responders in making their neighborhoods better. The Neighborhood Watch Program was instituted by the National Sheriff’s Association and helps provide crime prevention initiatives to neighborhoods. I would like to expand this program to current and new neighborhoods in Lorain County to improve safety and awareness for our families.
