Finally you can measure your EQ!
EQ>IQ
Research has shown that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a better predictor of success than IQ or technical skills*. Individuals with high EQ focus on the positive, listen before making decisions, admit mistakes, show empathy, and deal appropriately with negative emotions**. If your role involves relationships your Emotional Intelligence will be a critical factor in your success.
It’s been frustrating not to know how to define and measure EQ.
There have been few attempts to rectify this until PRISM Brain Mapping was created, and I can’t tell you how valuable I’ve found this. PRISM is a neuroscience-based instrument specifically designed to identify behavior preferences directly related to personal relationships and work performance. Now you can objectively measure your EQ on 8 dimensions and the logical flow helps you understand how they fit together. This gives you a baseline to work from and, because PRISM is a dynamic tool, measure your progress.
The most powerful thing with these EQ measures is their objectivity.
YOU complete the PRISM questionnaire, so they come from YOUR perspective. The feedback you receive is so much more acceptable when it’s your own! This enables you to park your ego and focus on how you can improve.
Try it!
If you’re motivated to see your EQ level, as well as other important behavior measures or perhaps to expose someone who could do with a little help improving their EQ, please get in touch, or message via LinkedIn.
