International Roadcheck is scheduled for May 13-15. International Roadcheck is a high-visibility, high-volume commercial motor vehicle inspection and regulatory compliance enforcement initiative that takes place over three days in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Each year, International Roadcheck places special emphasis on a driver violation category and a vehicle violation category. This year, inspectors will pay close attention to the driver’s record of duty status and the vehicle’s tires. https://lnkd.in/eN7_Tjxt

CVSA’s 2025 North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria are now available for purchase. The new criteria take effect on April 1, superseding all previous versions. There are different formats (e.g., print, electronic, French, Spanish, etc.) available for purchase through the CVSA online store. https://lnkd.in/ew-3eb5h

CVSA's Human Trafficking Awareness Initiative is underway in Canada this week (Feb. 17-21). Canadian law enforcement jurisdictions, motor carrier companies and transportation safety organizations will track their human trafficking awareness and outreach activities and submit that data to CVSA. This annual awareness and outreach effort aims to educate commercial motor vehicle drivers, motor carriers, law enforcement officers and the general public about the crime of human trafficking, the signs to look for and what to do if you suspect someone is being trafficked. https://lnkd.in/emBm9B4b
