  • Exploring the future of multifamily living with Northwood Ravin! This week, we had the opportunity to tour The Sloan, an innovative multifamily development by Northwood Ravin, thoughtfully designed with families and community connection in mind. The Sloan brings a new level of accessibility to the rental market, offering spacious patios and balconies to create a true sense of “home” for families navigating today’s challenging housing market. Featuring premium amenities like co-working lounges, golf simulators, fitness and game rooms, and an inviting café, The Sloan elevates the rental experience and sets a benchmark for sophistication in multifamily living. Witnessing the project’s progress from last year’s plans to its near completion was both inspiring and rewarding. Sincere thanks to Northwood Ravin and Jim Hillin for their guidance and insights into this impressive development!
