Finishing Strong in 2024 and Gearing Up for an Exciting 2025!? As 2024 comes to a close, I'm proud to reflect on an incredible year of growth and success at Commercial Parts & Service, Inc., in our training and development programs.? This year, we proudly celebrated significant milestones as new apprentices graduated and stepped into full-time technician roles. At the same time, we welcomed new group eager apprentices, ready to embark on their journeys. These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, trainers, and apprentices, whose commitment continues to drive our success. We’ve made great strides in leveraging our state-of-the-art training centers in Cincinnati and Columbus, delivering comprehensive in-house training programs that combine hands-on learning and technical expertise. We also expanded our outreach efforts, connecting with the next generation of skilled workers through trade school presentations and career fairs focused on skilled trades.? Additionally, multiple technicians achieved CFESA certifications this year, further solidifying their expertise and professionalism in the industry. This momentum will carry into 2025, as we continue to support and encourage our team in pursuing these critical certifications.? But we’re not slowing down. Monday Mission: On Friday, our Columbus team completed our annual Thanksgiving food drive by delivering hundreds of items to the Hilliard Food Pantry. We donated non-perishable food items, hygiene products, toiletries, and baby items like diapers and wipes. Our Columbus branch team members and generous customers contributed all these items. We enjoy giving back to our community yearly, especially during the holidays. Next, we will start our annual toy drive to help make sure every child has a Merry Christmas!
