Chris Minar taking over the CIA account today. Great session at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers Operations and Working Groups Forum in New Orleans. Ce Harrison-Wickline, CGMA helped lead a joint session with the CFO and HR working groups about navigating the return to in-office work. The key to easing the transition? You have to communicate the "why" return to in-office is necessary - anecdotal evidence is not enough.
