The deal marks a significant expansion into the #Southeast market for Universal Metro while preserving the local legacy of CFS's founder, Randy Sexton. Founded in 1995, CFS is a Starnet Commercial Flooring member with a strong reputation serving healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and government entities throughout Northern Alabama and Southern Tennessee. Under the new ownership, Grant Petruzzelli will lead CFS as President and Managing Partner, while Randy Sexton will transition to an Ambassador role.
