The "Big Bend"- a bold, U-shaped skyscraper proposed by design studio oiio for #NewYork's iconic #BillionairesRow on 57th street. This 4,000 ft structure would loop back to the ground, bypassing New York's zoning and air rights restrictions, making it more cost effective than a traditional #skyscraper of the same height. The tower's innovative design includes an elevator that can travel in continuous loops. Development partners and investors are currently being sought to bring this visionary project to life. Do you think were ready to build something like this?
