Skaggs Integrated Wellness Center, Most Outstanding Green/Sustainable Project of 2024! This building achieved net-positive energy, with 145 photovoltaic solar panels that more than offset its consumption. It was designed and built to promote holistic student wellness via a counseling center, medical clinic, teaching kitchen, activity courtyard, yoga studio and more. Progress in Payson! A topping out... from our project team's POV! They grabbed their Sharpies, hard hats, and raised the beam to the top to complete the structure for Mountainland Technical College Payson Campus. MTech even knows a thing or two about steel beams. Did you know last year they invested in new steel I-beams so they can simulate a more realistic structural steel shop? We’re grateful to work with such a great partner and institution, teaching the future of our industry.
