Introducing Our Barbed Wire Sequestering Project ???? At Combat Recovery Foundation, we’re dedicated to fostering purpose and healing for veterans while protecting our environment and wildlife. That’s why we’re launching our Barbed Wire Sequestering Project as part of our Backcountry Sawyers initiative. Why This Matters: Abandoned and unused barbed wire poses a significant threat to our ecosystems, impacting wildlife and natural habitats. With countless miles of this hazardous material littering our landscapes, it’s time to take action. Our Goal: We aim to remove as much unused barbed wire as possible, and we need your help! We’re seeking sponsorships from outdoor-focused companies, offering $100 for every mile of barbed wire we clear. Together, we can make a tangible difference in restoring our natural spaces. Educational Series: Stay tuned for a series of informative content that will educate our audience about the negative impacts of abandoned barbed wire on wildlife and the environment. Join us on this journey to protect and restore our beautiful landscapes! Together, we can make a lasting difference. #lovelandco #colorado #mentalwellbeing #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealth #combatveteran #veteransuicide #wildfire #suicidepreventionawareness #veteranslife #sustainability #volunteer #wildfiremitigation #barbedwire #barbedwireawareness
