Exclusive: From March 14-21, we monitored Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) chapters sharing support for Houthi terrorism on Instagram — Houthis are a U.S.-designated terrorist group. Should U.S. student orgs openly endorsing terrorists face bans? Thoughts? https://lnkd.in/dS8NAFBk

??New York City ?? Rise & Respond: Global Student Summit Against Antisemitism How do people unlearn hate—and how do we help them get there? At Parents for Peace, we know that preventing extremism and antisemitism starts with understanding the human stories behind radicalization—and offering compassionate, trauma-informed support to those affected. Our team was honored to lead a powerful session featuring: ?? Arno Michaelis (former Neo-Nazi) ?? Mubin Shaikh (former Islamist) ?? Myrieme Nadri-Churchill, P4P Executive Director ?? Miri Bar-Halpern, PsyD, clinical psychologist Together, they explored how trauma, belonging, and identity can fuel extremism—and how lived experience, clinical insight, and family-centered support can disrupt the cycle. This moment matters. And so does every student who walks away with tools to recognize, resist, and prevent hate. #UnlearningHate #TraumaInformed #ParentsForPeace #RiseAndRespond #CombatAntisemitism #CampusSafety #LivedExperience #PreventExtremism #PostTraumaticGrowth - with Montana Tucker and Natalie Sanandaji

Sami, merci. — ??I am not what happened to me. I am who I chose to be.?? These are the words of Holocaust survivor Sami Steigmann, whom I was fortunate enough to meet in New York. His history, his resilience, his testimony, but above all his determination to fight against the hatred of others compels us. Sami was born in 1939 in Romania. Deported as a baby, he became a guinea pig for the Nazis who performed many medical experiments on him. Sami and his parents were released in 1944 by the Russian army, and he moved to the USA in 1968. His life was eventful. He became homeless and lived for a few months in a shelter. He was tormented by suicidal thoughts until the age of 68, when he finally began to tell his story. Sharing his experiences gave him a new lease on life. Since then, he has traveled the country to educate young and old generations. Sami, thank you. Combat Antisemitism Movement

Yesterday, the Rise & Respond Global Student Summit brought together powerful voices against antisemitism. Our keynote speakers delivered a clear message: this moment demands courage and action. They reminded us of the Jewish people's enduring resilience throughout history and our responsibility to stand firm against hatred on campuses and beyond. Their words weren't just inspirational—they were a call to action for students on the frontlines of this fight. Thank you ?? to Montana Tucker, Danny Dannon, Kaz Daughtry, and all our remarkable speakers who shared their wisdom, strength, and vision for a future without hate. #RiseAndRespond #CombatAntisemitism

?? SJP must be permanently BANNED from both campuses on Instagram. Repeatedly posting images supporting and sympathizing with terror exposes SJP's real agenda. ?? Check the link to read the full findings made by our Antisemitism Research Center >>> https://lnkd.in/d5tVMDXH
