We're looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Route Sales Team based out of our Portland Distribution Center and oversee remote routes throughout Oregon. This role is responsible for managing, training, and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed targets while also building relationships with key accounts both within and outside the regional market. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with sales experience in the organic food or beverage industry, adept at analyzing sales data and creating compelling sales decks for key account presentations.
