New Year, New Goals: Faith, Family, Fitness As the New Year begins, I’m setting intentional goals to focus on what matters most: Faith ~ Family ~ Fitness Faith: Start every morning with prayer and Bible study before checking my phone. Family: Commit to a weekly “connection evening”—rotating between date nights with my wife and one-on-one outings with each of my kids. Fitness: Train consistently (5 days a week) and prepare for the Tactical Games competition, aiming to achieve peak physical fitness. These goals are simple but meaningful, helping me stay grounded and grow in the areas that matter most.
