The survey again showed L&D's fascination with AI, but there are signs that this has moved from last year's fearful obsession to something more nuanced this year. There are also very slight signs that the fascination may have peaked... And apart from AI, what else is L&D concerned about? The survey is clear: showing value. We'll look in-depth at the striking survey results around this, discuss what's driving it, and whether it's a blip or permanent. Expect a whole bunch of other content too, including international variations in sentiment, and something I've newly discovered in the results: 'The AI bounce back'.
