Thanks to our fantastic team and partners at Swinerton, we completed the project ahead of schedule, including the all-tile spa. This recognition highlights our work on the One River North project, located in the heart of Denver's RiNo neighborhood. This 17-story marvel came with its share of challenges—from logistics to custom designs—but thanks to our dedicated team, innovative techniques, and a commitment to safety, we turned a vision into reality. We are excited to announce the completion of One River North, a 16-story mixed-use development in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo). This project brings MAD Architects' vision of merging urban living with nature to life, featuring a canyon-like carved fa?ade and over 13,000 square feet of landscaped terraces and water elements. Residents can explore the building’s canyon trail from the 6th to the 9th floor, immersing themselves in natural environments inspired by Colorado’s rugged terrain. One River North offers 187 rental units, a 9,000-square-foot retail space, and amenities designed to foster connection, reflection, and well-being. The project earned Fitwel certification for promoting the physical and mental wellness of its residents. It was also featured in the Denver Art Museum’s Biophilia: Nature Reimagined exhibition, recognizing our design approach to integrating nature and architecture. **Exciting News!** Earlier this month, we were honored to receive the first-place award for Cast-In-Place Special Finishes Over 5,000 SF and the second-place award for Multiple Applications Over 5,000 SF from the American Society of Concrete Contractors at their DCC Award Ceremony for our Adams County Veterans Memorial project. We also had the privilege of receiving the first-place award for Architectural Cast-In-Place Concrete Structures under 5,000 SF for our Paul Derda Rec Center project. Exciting things are happening at the Frisco Adventure Park! Here to reveal our involvement in A.D. Miller's "Slopeside" project—a renovation of the current Day Lodge and the construction of the new two-story Slopeside Hall. This building will be the Town of Frisco's first "zero-emission" facility and boasts breathtaking views of the reservoir and nearby mountains. ?? Our team at Colorado Hardscapes is hard at work, bringing this vision to life with approximately 19,500 SF of beautifully broom-finished concrete and 342 linear feet of stunning Sandscape radius bands.
