Announcing CBA's New Executive Director

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and Denver Bar Association (DBA) are proud to announce the appointment of?Ms. Nicoal C. Sperrazza as the new Executive Director?of both associations, effective immediately. Sperrazza, a seasoned attorney and leader in Colorado's legal community, brings extensive experience in legal practice, management, and leadership and a long-standing commitment to service within the profession to the role.

“Nicoal’s extensive legal practice and bar leadership background makes her an exceptional choice for Executive Director,” said Catherine Chan, President of the Colorado Bar Association. “Her dedication to supporting lawyers and advancing the legal profession will be invaluable as we continue to provide meaningful services to our members.”

Sperrazza began her legal career in civil litigation, where she built a reputation for being a highly effective litigator. She soon expanded her practice to include family law, where her focus on providing personal care and support to clients facing difficult transitions has been widely recognized. Her goal has always been to help clients navigate the legal process toward happier, healthier futures. Throughout her career, she has also dedicated herself to the betterment of the community through her volunteer service.

In addition to her professional practice, Sperrazza has held numerous leadership positions in the legal community. She currently serves as Past-President of the DBA and has previously chaired the Colorado Bar Association’s Litigation Section Executive Council, along with the Joint Management Committee of the CBA, DBA and CBA/CLE. She is a Past-President of the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Colorado and has also served on the CBA Executive Council as well as the CBA Young Lawyers Division Executive Council. Her leadership on policy and legislative matters has left a lasting impact on Colorado’s legal landscape. Sperrazza is also a passionate volunteer with Metro Volunteer Lawyers, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community.

Sperrazza’s education in operations management, experience serving clients and running her own successful business, her established relationships in the Colorado legal community, and her long history of dedication and service to the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations have prepared her well to take the helm for the organizations as Executive Director.
