“Data moves at the speed of trust and relationships, especially in government.” —Director of Colorado Office of eHealth Innovation Stephanie Pugliese Connecting data across systems is powerful, but it has to be done right. That’s exactly what Colorado’s Office of eHealth Innovation is achieving with their statewide data initiatives. By continually listening to community partners first, then connecting health and social data, they’re building a system that addresses not only medical needs but also the social factors that impact well-being, like housing and transportation. When data flows seamlessly and securely between the right people, it makes a meaningful difference in patient care, improves efficiency, and helps build healthier communities. This episode of #DataDrivenLeadership explores how Colorado’s forward-thinking approach is setting a new standard for health care. https://hubs.ly/Q02Yxry50 #HealthcareInnovation #DataSharing #HealthcareTech
