Great job CMS team on another completed ground up medical office building! IMH is a ground up, 3 story core and shell with TI buildouts in Aurora, CO. The building includes an orthopedic clinic, doctors offices, and a surgery suite with four operating rooms, a procedure room, and post operation recovery and support facilities. The photos include the med-gas compressor system and vacuum pump, as well as the RO/DI water system.

The HVAC industry offers fabulous opportunities for men and women who are mechanically inclined and looking for a high-paying career without incurring a mountain of college debt. With Hurricane Milton expected to make landfall soon, Florida braces for high-speed winds and torrential rainfall weeks after Hurricane Helene. We are grateful to the first responders, including the National Guard, police, and fire and rescue personnel, who will put themselves at risk.?And we hope for the safety and well-being?of all affected by this disaster, including our teammates at Page Mechanical Group, LLC.

We have put a bow on Avalon Bay Governor's Park, one of our larger projects for 2023/2024. Avalon Bay presented itself as a welcomed challenge for our team.
