We recently completed a blower door test on a finished home in Superior. The home achieved a rating of 0.7 ACH 50 which results in a very tight envelope to minimize air leakage. This was done using passive house techniques and lime plaster as our air barrier. No vapor barrier is required due to the breathability of the walls, insulation cavity, and plasters.
