PROJECT UPDATE | TOWER ELECTRIC INCORPORATED Tower Electric is nearing completion of the Armstrong Center at Colorado Christian University, with a particular focus on the intricate Auditorium space. This project presented unique and highly technical challenges, requiring precision, expertise, and seamless collaboration. Acoustic Isolation: To maintain the acoustic integrity of the Auditorium, all conduits were carefully isolated from surrounding structures. Tower Electric partnered with a specialized soundproofing subcontractor to ensure minimal sound transfer through the conduits, meeting the stringent noise-control requirements of the space. Theatrical Systems Integration: The Auditorium’s advanced theatrical systems demanded close coordination with Barbizon Lighting Company, the theatrical systems contractor. Their team worked diligently to integrate all lighting and power systems, ensuring compatibility with their low-voltage control systems to meet the high-performance standards of a professional theater. Audio-Visual Infrastructure: The Audio-Visual systems in this space are extensive, designed to elevate the performance experience. Multiple pathways were installed to provide maximum flexibility for the future integration of cutting-edge sound systems, giving the customer the ability to adapt to their evolving needs. This project reflects the dedication and professionalism of their team. Tower Electric is incredibly proud of their crew, whose expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence ensured the successful execution of this complex and challenging project. By January 2027, Sierra Middle will boast a 32,000 SF addition, including 20 new classrooms, improved site circulation, an expanded cafeteria, a new entry and interior renovations. VIP NEWS | Iron Woman Construction & Environmental Services Meet Brandon Wilkinson – Senior Project Manager on Iron Woman's Heavy Civil & Utilities Team! Over the past year, Brandon has led some of Iron Woman's most significant projects, including Jackson Street, Painted Prairie, and award-winning Heron Pond. As a Senior PM, Brandon oversees projects from start to finish, prioritizing field support and safety. He is advancing Alternative Delivery efforts at Iron Woman and mentoring the next generation of project managers. Iron Woman is shining an especially bright light on Brandon’s contribution to the Jackson Street Storm Drainage Improvements Project. The project is part of the City and County of Denver’s efforts to improve storm drainage systems, creating safer passage for transport and sustainable neighborhoods. With Brandon’s leadership, especially during the preconstruction phase, the project is months ahead of schedule with a perfect safety record and uncompromised quality.
