CSF Scholar Angela wasn’t sure if college was in her future — until she learned she was eligible for the state's Passport to Careers program. Now, with the help of her CSF coach at Everett Community College she’s gaining confidence, making connections and planning for her future. “The first meeting I had with Ariana was about me being afraid of not meeting friends because I’m really shy and how I could do something about it,” explains Angela. “Now we talk about academics, what I want to do next, what I need as a student. Meet Emma, a CSF Scholar at Skagit Valley College who’s forging her path at college and in the welding industry. “I discovered that as I was getting into my high school graduation year, I needed more support.
