SIGNUPS UPDATE COLLECTIVE VISIBILITY signup update has arrived! As the directory launch is approaching with little time remaining, we keep reaching more women speaking in sports. Over the last month, the directory has grown at a rate of 0.7 signups per day, helping us reach more than 550 women speaking in sports, and moving us towards new future milestones. In the last thirty days, we saw a total of 15 new signups. Additionally, our LinkedIn following is growing at a steadily rapid rate. COUNTRIES AND LANGUAGES UPDATE COLLECTIVE VISIBILITY increases its global presence! In October, signups kept on growing, expanding our geographical and linguistic representation, reaching new, diverse women speaking in sport. Over the last month, we have reached one more new country, welcome to Finland! The total number of countries represented in our directory is now 67. Languages are not far behind, with the total number of them spoken fluently by women in our directory reaching 57. We are working on making the speaker directory public and appreciate your patience during this phase. Our goal is to go live in Q4 of this year. She worked at F1 for 18 years, becoming a Director of Hospitality and Experiences. Kate left in 2021 and set up her own Advisory company representing investors and sponsors in the sport. Shannon is an inspiring Scholar in organizational behaviour and human resource management in sports, with a PhD in Sport Management from Western University. Currently an Associate Professor at Brock University, she teaches and conducts research, specifically looking at how personal and organizational values align to enhance important organizational outcomes and safe sports culture, how HRM practices align to produce (or stall) equitable practice, and the role of conflict in the effectiveness of volunteer boards of directors.
