Our primary investment focus is on protecting our equity by targeting properties located in stable markets with healthy cash-on-cash returns for investors. Our secondary investment focus is on asset appreciation. We provide an investment option that people can trust and rely upon. We ensure our deal structures align our incentives with the investor’s incentives. We are appreciative of our investor’s money and do not feel entitled to it. We recognize that there are real live people behind each dollar and that we couldn’t do what we do without them. And we invest alongside our partners in every deal.
