Our Architectural Products Division (APD) Team is proud to celebrate 10 years of business! What started as a small 'startup' division within The Collective Silicon Valley has grown tremendously across the United States and Canada. Over the past decade, with a business model specializing exclusively in architectural products, the APD team has grown from three to twenty employees. They have installed over 750,000 lineal feet of wall products across the United States and Canada for startups, educational institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and more. The Collective collaborated with DIALOG to design and furnish Centennial College’s A-Building, a 150,000 square foot office spanning six floors. This building is Canada’s first mass timber, net-zero, WELL certified, and LEED Gold academic facility, inspired by Indigenous principles and the Mi’kmaq concept of two-eyed seeing. Completed in August 2023, the project was installed in four months and features many of Teknion's products for active learning classrooms, lecture halls, student lounges, faculty offices, and meeting rooms. Definitely Astra Zeneca’s Mississauga office. The space turned out beautifully, and the entire team, from GC to furniture, worked like a Swiss watch with very few issues over multiple floors Favorite podcast? We are excited to showcase our project for Snowflake, a leader in AI and data. Featuring open, collaborative, and hospitality-infused environments, the design reflects Snowflake’s vibrant culture and innovative spirit. The first floor serves as a training and hospitality hub, with dining areas, a tech bar, and patio access. Upper floors offer offices, collaboration zones, and conference rooms, fostering teamwork and aligning with Snowflake’s values.
