Our team was busy representing us at several fun events last night: - Monica and Miguel celebrated the Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's 36th Anniversary Gala and Business Awards. - Paul and Mario got competitive at BOMA New York's Fall Kingpin Bowling Tournament. - Kelsi connected with peers at the SMPS New York Westchester/Hudson Valley Affiliate's Fall Spirits Event. It’s great to see our team actively engaging with the community and expanding our network!

Exciting project update! We collaborated with the building owners at 115 East 87th Street to analyze their current water usage, uncovering substantial savings by shifting from frontage to metered billing. Our team designed and implemented new meters and backflow preventers, paving the way for enhanced efficiency and reduced water bills. Kudos to everyone involved in making this initiative a success! Together, we’re not just saving money, but also promoting sustainable water practices. #WaterConservation #Sustainability
