We are looking for skilled Field Technicians to join our North America team of Collaboration Specialists! https://lnkd.in/gd_m_49H Collabtech Group is looking for a Field Service Tech (Collaboration Specialist) to help our customers successfully implement collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet and Cisco Webex. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role owning the overall technical journey of customers from proof-of-concept to deployment and implementation, to training and adoption. The ideal candidate will: Be highly skilled in physical deployment and installation, an excellent business and technology communicator who can present a memorable experience on key technologies to business and IT professionals. Determine participants' existing knowledge, prepare pertinent, meaningful use cases which will idealize the use of collaboration technology in the customer environment. Have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading and adapting discussions with various audiences including senior customer executives, enterprise architects, IT management and developers. Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. Develop deep relationships with members our partners who drive conference room technologies. Must be comfortable presenting in front of a camera and audience to deliver virtual training and webinars. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver engaging training and presentations.
