Collaborative Safety had a wonderful opportunity to co-present at the National Association for Regulatory Administration (NARA) conference with the Minnesota’s Department of Human Service’ s Office of Inspector General on their great work in using safety science and the Collaborative Safety Model within their regulatory roles and frameworks.? ? This year’s theme for the NARA convening was?“Soaring Together to Support the Workforce: Ensuring Safe, Healthy Environments Where All Children, Youth, and Adults Thrive.”?It was great to share with other regulators from across the United States how the model and science can improve retention, provider relationships, compliance, and outcomes for those served!
