Still a lot of discussion regarding Amazon, in particular, and RTO in general. As I have said before, corporate mandates are not a winning strategy. While in office/in person may be more conducive for some roles and teams, remote/hybrid is more appropriate for others. The reality is we will continue to evolve to a more global and geographically dispersed workforce so we should devote our energy on implementing the tools and processes required to ensure success.
