With these two additional systems, we are now even better positioned to develop customised and innovative solutions for our patients. And best of all, we are already expecting the next delivery in July to further expand our capacities! ? At the same time, we have redesigned the technology section of our website. ??? Manufacturing Update:? We’ve successfully completed a new part print on the M Line additive system, producing four KARNO reactors in a single run. The system adds more capacity to our production process, allowing us to increase output and improve efficiency?as we scale. With more M Line machines arriving in 2025, we’re continuing to expand our manufacturing capacity and capability. From 26th to 28th February I participated with a delegation of colleagues to EBAM 2025 at Erlangen (Germany), the unique and only conference & exhibition fully dedicated to Electron Beam Melting Additive Manufacturing in the world. When you've been a pioneer it's even higher the responsibility to maintain competitiveness of your processes and get inputs from the external market. So I'm glad about all the good conversations I had, all the contacts I get and to see our Avio Aero's story on stage with Andrea Palumbo's presentation. Binder Jet Ni718 Material Properties In 2024, we collaborated with a customer on a material development program to evaluate the capabilities of our binder jet technology in producing conforming Ni718 material properties. I am excited to share that the results of our study demonstrated that our binder jet technology produced material that exceeded the standards/benchmarks of Cast and MIM processes! Hyliion purchases M Line additive manufacturing systems from Colibrium Additive - a GE Aerospace company to scale production of #KARNO generators. The installation marks the first deployment of an M Line system in the United States. Hyliion has placed orders for additional M Line machines, with deliveries scheduled to continue throughout 2025.
