Another recently completed project (well, earlier this year, so semirecently ??): an #edit and #proofread of Tell Me Something, Tell Me Anything, Even If It's a Lie, a memoir in essays by Steve Wasserman, publisher of Heyday. This was a #copyediting and #proofreading assignment for the fabulous Heyday, an indie press based in Berkeley, CA. I can't describe the book better than Angela Davis did in her blurb: "Whoever wants to assuage their doubts that radical change is possible—from the level of the individual to that of law, culture, and society—should make time to read Dorsey Nunn’s extraordinary memoir." ?? Another recently completed project: #copyediting for this beautiful #exhibition guide for "A Nation Takes Place," published by the University of Minnesota Press. Exhibit curators Tia-Simone Gardner and Shana M. griffin have created something truly extraordinary with this project, which will be on display at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum until March 2, 2025.
