Bolster Your Outcomes ... Are You Ready? [email protected]

Showing one's work ... Back in school (when they actually taught cursive writing ??) & learning a new mathematics technique, it was required to "show your work." I hated that. It was a drag & slowed me down. I was a messy writer. I had many correct answers, but lost oodles of points due to not showing my work. TBH, I prioritized the correct answer over documenting the interim steps. Take the DeLorean and fast forward to today. It is ironic that many have visions & future states, but relatively few actually know the interim steps to get there - never mind know how to lead teams there. In fact, I dare say that the value of an impactful consultant IS in his or her ability to equip, unify, & even energize collaborators via those interim steps!

I want to express extreme gratitude to those who gave all while fighting to secure the possibilities & opportunities the US offers. We each navigate different roads to achieve them -- some smooth, some with many potholes, but all connect to rewards not even possible in many other countries. Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice. ??

In my experience, terminology - specifically, misassumptions about the meanings of terms, may be the leading contributor to misalignment between domain experts & technology experts. Thus, the following questions ... What are the distinct (conflicting?) objectives between science & technology? What are the distinct (aligned?) objectives between innovation & transformation?
