Today was a heartfelt occasion at Coiling Technologies as we gathered to honor our own, Lily Lu on her retirement after an incredible 24 years with us. We celebrated with a delicious catered lunch, beautifully decorated for the event, and shared the moment with our entire team. To commemorate her remarkable journey, we presented Lily with a plaque recognizing her dedication and contributions. Lily shared the following memo to the whole team; "As I prepare to retire after 24 wonderful years at our company, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each of you. Being part of CTI, a leader in industrial spring manufacturing, has been an incredible journey. Over the years, I have learned so much and gained experience and skills. Our work has always been more than just manufacturing; it’s about contributing to the success of countless industries worldwide. Together, we have overcome challenges, celebrated successes, and continuously pushed for excellence in everything we do.
