COHME was built on the vision and determination of Lucy Rosengarten - a trailblazer who turned her personal challenges into a mission of compassionate, holistic home care. As a single mother navigating societal expectations, she saw firsthand the need for better support for both the elderly and their caregivers, many of whom were women. Her legacy continues today, shaping our organization that prioritizes dignity, respect, and comprehensive care for older adults while uplifting the dedicated caregivers who make it possible. This Women’s History Month, we celebrate Lucy and all the women who have transformed the home health industry. #COHMEcares #homehealthcare #womenshistorymonth #caregiversupport #ageinplace
