In this case study, learn how the usability and national adoption of Cohere Health's Unify? platform helped one Blue Plan client decrease daily provider calls by one third: https://lnkd.in/dMReuUq6. After quickly achieving 93% digital adoption by providers, the plan’s UM operations team was also pleasantly surprised by the reduction in faxed-based communications from providers who embraced the platform. ?? Reducing fax volume–a cumbersome process for providers that incurs admin costs and lengthy delays–was among the plan’s top goals, along with speeding up access to quality care.
