Are you putting the “Why” before the “A” and the "I?" In this article from our Substack, Greg writes about the importance of putting the customer's needs at the heart -- and the start -- of any AI decisions.
CognitivePath Research, Inc.'s Geoff Livingston spent the morning yesterday immersed in the world of #AI for #government agencies ??, and came away with five top-of-mind ways #federal agencies are using AI to augment workflows and achieve their mandates. Read his takeaways. ??
On a new No Brainer: An AI Podcast for Business, Geoff chats with AI entrepreneur Andre Yee (Tiga AI) about how #AI can bring humanity back into sales and why #ChatGPT is the "Excel spreadsheet of #generativeai."
Today, we are releasing the CognitivePath?AI Maturity Model. This framework?provides leaders with a comprehensive framework for understanding their own organization’s current state of AI adoption and charting a course toward a more AI-enabled future. Every day, we help enterprises?and organizations grapple with AI adoption. After speaking with hundreds of executives over the past year, we distilled our learnings into the AI Maturity Model. We have learned that an enterprise's maturation is wide and all-encompassing, from decoding the hype cycle and focusing on core business strategies to strengthening data governance and upskilling teams. Building the framework was necessary to provide guidance and foster a more structured adoption of AI technologies. The AI Maturity Model aims to inspire leaders. It provides guideposts and encourages action without being overly prescriptive. The model can be used to: ●????????Benchmark and assess progress ●????????Create alignment within the marketing team and across the enterprise ●????????Establish a strategic “North Star” for AI that transforms marketing ●????????Develop, implement, and measure a marketing AI roadmap ●????????Create the future of marketing and thrive in an increasingly AI-powered world Showing a natural progression, the AI Maturity Model progresses through five stages of maturity—ad hoc, experimental, systematic, strategic, and pioneering—and several interrelated paths to measure organizational progress. The remainder of this article summarizes the stages and paths. You can access the AI Maturity Model here: https://lnkd.in/eSK3evtJ
Trust is in the crosshairs of the #AI hype cycle. OpenAI is shedding AI safety executives and angering Scarlett Johansson. Slack is training its AI on your corporate secrets. And Google is trying to convince us that their own AI-generated answers are more credible than (ya know) actual websites. Today, Greg Verdino writes about the AI trust problem, why trustworthy AI matters, and how organizations can build trust into their AI strategies.
Generative AI can be a boon for productivity, but a bust for the planet. For Earth Day, we're thinking about how marketers can (must!) align their ambitions for AI-driven productivity with a commitment to serving people and the planet. https://lnkd.in/eqSZfGpd
