Cofounders Capital is currently investing out of its third fund, a $50M fund focused on B2B software companies at the seed stage. The fund is focused on companies in the Southeast, with a special focus on North Carolina. Since the firm was founded in 2015 it has invested in over 30 companies. The fund is managed by Partners Tim McLoughlin, David Gardner, and Tobi Walter.
