Our Guam office has experienced the impacts and hardships of natural disasters and the importance of preparedness and support from community partners. This year, we have the pleasure of supporting the American Red Cross of Guam as a Gold corporate sponsor. Our Guam team also attended the 22nd Annual ‘Red Ball’ fundraiser at the Dusit Thani Guam Resort to raise funds for emergency shelters and relief necessities for those in need.

What a thrill to see our partners at G70 receive awards for the Kūlanihāko?i High School and 806 Iwilei Affordable Housing & Resource Center projects. ?? Kulanihakoi High School, Kihei, Maui – Award of Excellence; Mayor’s Choice Award; Hawaii Energy Award for Excellence in Energy-Efficient Design: G70's project approach focused on the use of passive and low-cost sustainable strategies to create a learning environment that inspires while leaving a small carbon footprint. The Coffman team provided structural engineering design and construction administration support. ?? 806 Iwilei Affordable Housing Resource Center, Honolulu, Hawaii (Pictured) - Community Impact Award and Award of Merit: Our Honolulu structural engineering design team supported G70's adaptive reuse work on the existing property and structures located on the ‘Ewa Mauka corner of Iwilei Road and Summer Street.
