Season One: The Founder’s Series is complete. A complete guide to going zero to one is available in these twelve episodes. Now, more to come ???
And just like that, it's a wrap. To say the first season of the Coeus Collective Podcast was a dream come true would be an understatement. I honestly, firmly believe that you will be prepared to start your own startup or scale up your current venture after listening to these twelve episodes. It's not just about the variety of actionable business tactics that we shared, but also the emotional thoughts and feelings that come with being an early-stage founder. You forget about these feelings when you reach the top of the food chain. This is why we interviewed early-stage founders, and why we are devoted to elevating voices in the startup space with a global perspective and in a wide variety of industries. There is space for all voices in the world of entrepreneurship, and there's no reason for the same people to always have the loudest voice in the room. Thank you to our guest founders for taking a chance on me and my Co-Founder Leon Li in our first season. In release order: Kotryna Jukneviciute of Arête, Tim Lupo of Deeptune, Avante Price and Eli Taylor-Lemire of Posh, Anja Westhues of Endure Sport Nutrition, Daniel Gartenberg PhD of SleepSpace, Michael Sacco of OccaSoftware, Katrin Kaurov and Aleksandra Medina of Frich Money, Martins Udotai of Dinesurf, Billy Huang of Insomnia Labs, Rui Maki of Truffle Health, David Silverstein of Ned, and Kiran Panjwani of FounderWay. You all know this already, but the sky is the limit for all of you. P.S. for those who have made it this far: we're actually not done yet. Big announcement inbound tomorrow. Stay tuned. ???

On average, only 2% of startups are accepted into business incubators. So, what about the other 98%? Kiran Panjwani, Co-Founder and CEO of FounderWay and our guest on this week’s FINAL EPISODE of the first season of the Coeus Collective Podcast, is on a mission to use AI to provide these 98% of founders with the critical resources they need to succeed. With a background in startup development from her experience working with 600 early-stage ventures at MaRS Discovery District in Toronto, Kiran has built her career guiding entrepreneurs through the most crucial stages of growth. She told us she wants “to directly or indirectly impact 1 billion people,” and FounderWay is how she is going to reach that goal. From unique startup theory ideas like “problem-customer fit” to analytical discussions about AI’s impact on the role of a founder, this episode is packed with practical advice for founders looking to level up their startups. You’ll be left behind as a founder if you ignore the AI tools that your competitors are using, so don’t miss this opportunity to get ahead. And at the end of the episode, Kiran flips the script: asking us how we are feeling about this being the final episode of season one: The Founder’s Series!

Do accelerators genuinely deliver the expertise and support they claim? Or do they simply accelerate seed funding? We pose these questions in this week's essay, "The Innovation Economy" https://lnkd.in/e-NMX3ax

We've touched down in Miami. Time to showcase the top founders, innovators, and creators in a South Florida region that is growing its global impact. We're all ears to any recommendations of founders, creators, or changemakers that we should get in touch with!
With season one wrapping up on Tuesday, it's time for us to work on the next chapter: season two. Our host this time? Miami. The South Florida region's influence in business, technology, and culture is only growing and we're ready to be a part of it in our own unique way. We'll be filming Coeus Collective content nonstop here for the coming weeks, so if anyone has any recommendations of founders or creators in the region that are driving their industries forward, let us know. Leon Li and I would love to work with them to share their story. Plenty more updates to come. Grateful for all the support we've received over the past eleven weeks since launch (crazy how it's only been that long) and excited to keep pushing forward. Stay tuned ??

What is Ned?

David Silverstein, Co-Founder of Ned and our guest this week on the Coeus Collective Podcast, knows that personalization is key to the transformation of the lending space. Ned, which just announced a $4.2 million seed fundraise last week, is leading a customized approach to lending, offering a white-label platform that handles every stage of the lending process. In this episode, David explores the current challenges in small business financing and how Ned is building solutions that enhance cash flow insights and lending efficiency. From broad discourse on the current state of the small business funding ecosystem to advice on leading a technical company as a non-technical founder, this episode has it all! Episode out now on YouTube and all podcast platforms.

It was an honor and a privilege to be featured The Front Yard at Pace University's Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit yesterday!
The opportunity to interview a University President is not one I take lightly. Especially someone with the world-changing professional, academic, and legal background of Pace University President Marvin Krislov, who led the defense of the University of Michigan in the landmark SCOTUS case of Gratz v. Bollinger. Yesterday we at Coeus Collective had the privilege of being the exclusive media partner of The Front Yard at Pace University's Intercultural Innovation in Higher Education Summit. It was an honor and a privilege to interview global business leaders such as President Krislov, Connie Weisman of Plug and Play Tech Center, Dr. Elad Granot of John Carroll University, Ruben A. Austin of all in all, and Andrea Legnani of Aluminati. We look forward to sharing their thoughts with you all in the near future. This endeavor Coeus Collective was built to bring together the top minds in the global landscape of ideation and innovation. It is through partnerships like yesterday's and keen supporters like The Front Yard at Pace University and Tamir Harosh, Executive Director, that we will be able to expand our mission of expanding and diversifying the entrepreneurial thought leadership ecosystem. And thank you to Kiran Panjwani of FounderWay for making the initial introduction to Pace's entrepreneurial ecosystem!

Federal Reserve data indicates a drop in small business loan applications from 43% in 2019 to 34% in 2021, even as financial strain and the need for capital persist among 85% of small businesses.?This gap between capital needs and traditional loan accessibility has set the stage for fintech startups and alternative lenders to reshape the industry. Was an informative and insightful experience to give our first college workshop at NYU Stern School of Business' NYU Entrepreneurial Exchange Group yesterday. Titled "Unlocking Startup Success Through Storytelling," we discussed best practices for explaining the problem your startup is seeking to solve, why you are the best person to solve that problem, and how to explain your subject matter expertise. WE utilized clips from the Coeus Collective Podcast to showcase how the next generation of top entrepreneurs is describing their mission and vision. Reach out to us if you're interested in bringing this workshop to your company or campus!
Yesterday, my Co-Founder Leon Li and I gave our first Coeus Collective college workshop at NYU Stern School of Business’s NYU Entrepreneurial Exchange Group! Titled “Unlocking Startup Success Through Storytelling,” the workshop taught the current and aspiring group of entrepreneurs the basics of how to lock down a marketable story for their startup and their founder’s journey. We took an innovative multimedia approach to the presentation, utilizing clips from our podcast to showcase how the next generation of top entrepreneurs are describing their mission and vision. We discussed best practices for explaining the problem your startup is seeking to solve, why you are the best person to solve that problem, and how to explain your subject matter expertise. Thank you to Nathan Lee and the EEG team for making this happen! We’d love to bring this workshop to other companies and classrooms, so comment or connect with me if you’d like to learn more about our storytelling framework.
