On Friday, September 20 at Joseph Lee School in Dorchester, The Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation presented the 1st?Annual Women's Small Business Expo. The event brought together a vibrant community of women entrepreneurs, small business owners, and aspiring businesswomen from around the Dorchester area. The expo featured over 15 local vendors showcasing their products and services, ranging from handmade crafts and wellness products to message therapist?and culinary delights. Keynote speaker, Ruthella Logan owner of Emme's Boutique shared her journey to success, inspiring the audience with stories of resilience and the importance of community support. Along with our guest speakers Senior Community Engagement & Communications Manager at Women Money Matters, Ariana Contreras and?Senior Business Manager / Loan Program from the City of Boston Hans Bastian.
