What started as a simple kickoff call to introduce both companies and set some goals turned into an eye-opening experience for me. I was truly astonished by the possibilities Maslow offers, not just for our internal teams but also for how we can enhance our relationships with clients and our growing network of referral partners. In fact, I’ve just added a new goal for Q4: to use Maslow to create meaningful gifts for our clients and to lavish our referral partners with the recognition they deserve. Feliz del primer dia de #ArgentinaHouse powered by SquadS Ventures y emBlue en el #SXSW de #Austin. Ayer tuve el honor de estar en el #panel junto a Francisco Lopez de Clientify y Daniel por emBlue, muy bien moderados por Pablo Sosa de CodingIT. Compartí nuestra experiencia personal y nuestro propósito en SquadS Ventures de potenciar Latam a través del emprendimiento y la innovación. Me encantó la pregunta de Pablo sobre cual es el diferencial. Sin dudas que el enorme #diferencial de #SquadS es la gente. El equipo es el que saca adelante cada una de las dificultades que tenemos. Cada uno de los SquaderS tiene que tener mucha actitud mental, ganas y pasión por aprender a emprender junto a nosotros. Otra pregunta muy interesante fue sobre la estrategia del #GoToMarket a #EstadosUnidos para las empresas del #portfolio. Mi respuesta: depende de cada empresa, pero el playbook es tener se?ales de #PMF y luego atacar US. Ahí va a ser importante el #Servicio que pongamos para potenciar el #Producto. También compartí sobre la tracción de LEAF y el impacto que persigue. Y los nuevos proyectos de Mental Test Lab y de Inbound-Tools que pronto salen al mercado. Finalmente me preguntaron sobre el sue?o de SquadS: es que las Startups puedan dar la vuelta y ser EXIT-osas con founders EXIT-osos. No se me ocurre mejor forma de ser feliz con lo que hacemos y, si nos va bien, agregar valor a los founders e inversores de Latinoamérica. Las preguntas de las 30 personas que vinieron fueron muy interesantes. Al igual que las respuestas de los demás panelistas con un claro enfoque en el ecosistema #SaaS. Discutimos una variedad de temas importantes para impulsar el crecimiento y la #Innovación en startups saludables y sostenibles. Me gustó la conversación sobre las diferencias entre las estrategias de expansión en #Europa y en #Latinoamérica. Resaltamos las oportunidades únicas que ofrece #LATAM para un crecimiento internacional sostenible. La #InteligenciaArtificial también ocupó un lugar central en nuestras discusiones. Lo vemos como una valiosa oportunidad para cualquier #Emprendimiento que debe ser aprovechada al máximo. Esperamos continuar trabajando con entusiasmo en la #ArgentinaHouse, comprometidos en impulsar el crecimiento y la visibilidad de los emprendedores argentinos y latinoamericanos en el ámbito internacional. I spent an incredible few days at #sxsw2024 , highlighted by an extraordinary experience at the #Argentina BBQ house. I had the privilege of moderating a remarkable panel at the Argentina BBQ house within the SXSW framework, where CodingIT proudly served as a sponsor together with emBlue, SquadS Ventures and Taxhack among others. It was inspiring to witness the fusion of knowledge-sharing and community-building, fostering both engagement and synergy. The insights shared by the panelists were particularly enlightening: Diego Noriega explained the progress of SquadS Ventures and his innovative approach of his company builder. Daniel Soldan delved into Embue's unique positioning as a customer engagement platform, setting new standards in the industry. @Francisco Lopez offered invaluable perspectives on market trends and the strategic addition of features to Clientify, enriching our understanding. Additionally, Yesterday we had the International Founder event, hosted by Q-Branch in collaboration with the Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce and Dell Technologies. Amazing time connecting with over 200 attendees, the gathering was a testament to the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit. A special acknowledgment goes to Ezequiel Franchini, who behind-the-scenes has orchestrated this event with the Chamber. The panel boasted an impressive lineup of thought leaders, including Lucas Chaya del Pino, Young Han, Diego Noriega, and Daniel Marcos, among others.
