Instead of opening the pad to explore the timeline, you can now scan the write up to get an idea of what's going on in technical interviews. Quickly find out: - what questions were used - if there was any suspicious behavior - what languages and frameworks were covered - who wrote code (was the interview collaborative?) - if it started on time (were there any technical issues or hold ups?) You'll get an idea if there were any hiccups and confirmation that interviews are similar, and thus fair. We'll soon be adding interview highlights based on the audio transcription so you'll have an idea about the topics of conversation, in addition to the coding. Is there a feature you'd like to see? Let us know in the comments.

What if hiring could take minutes, not months? GM is aiming to cut hiring times for hourly roles from 60 days to just 60 minutes. Scheduling used to take 5-7 days but now it takes only 16 minutes. With AI chatbots handling pre-screening, Q&A, and scheduling, recruiters can concentrate on meaningful interactions rather than scheduling minutiae. Would this work in your industry? Would this turn you off if you were applying for a job?
