Last week, members of REBNY and The Durst Organization came together to mark REBNY's new LEED Platinum certification. Over the course of an eight-month renovation and a two-year planning process, REBNY modernized its offices and achieved LEED Platinum status. CodeGreen Solutions, who led the project, helped REBNY reduce water usage by 47%, source 27% of materials from sustainable products, and divert 71% of construction waste from landfills.
