Established in July 2018, Code Differently is a coding program that provides hands-on instruction to youth, aiming to introduce and advance their understanding of information technology. The program was founded by local entrepreneurs who share a commitment to bridging the gap between education and the demands of the job market, by empowering communities with the skills needed to succeed in the modern world. Congratulations to the 23 talented young women who were recognized for their achievements in the field of computing. Whether they received a Regional Winner, Regional Honorable Mention, or Regional Rising Star designation, each of them is a shining example of what's possible when we empower young women in STEM.
