  • This one thing is keeping a lot of publishers and media companies up at night. We’ve been mulling over the tension between offering flexible subscription options and maintaining predictable revenue streams. And we’ve come to the conclusion that it's a real tightrope walk. Why? Viewers want the freedom to upgrade, downgrade, or pause their subscriptions, and rightly so. But from a business perspective, you need some level of stability to plan for the future. How do you balance these needs? Do you lean towards offering a wide range of options, even if it adds complexity? Or do you keep it simple, even if it means potentially losing out on some customers? According to the subscription management experts at plenigo GmbH, “a mix of subscription tiers, micropayments, and freemium content can be effective.” What would you do? Tell us in the comments section.

  • Is your CMS holding you back? It's nothing personal. It's just that times have changed. Many legacy CMSs are not built to take on the complexities of modern media. Which is why certain problems often arise: ? Sloppy content management→publishing takes longer than it should ? Integration headaches→your CMS doesn’t sync with vital tools ? Poor SEO performance→rankings keep dropping ? Security vulnerabilities→you’re constantly patching issues ? Scalability struggles→your CMS can’t handle your growing needs Between security risks, slow updates, and hidden maintenance costs, a legacy CMS may not be the best thing for you. It’s time for an upgrade. Let’s talk.

  • This is every media and publisher’s dream. Build it once. Sell it forever. We love the idea of recurring revenue, but let’s be real. Managing subscriptions? It's like trying to juggle while riding a unicycle. Tough as nails. Handling different billing cycles Competing with other media offering free content Failed payments And those inevitable customer churns. It’s more than just setting up some subscription plan. It’s about building a system that adapts to your viewers’ needs and keeps the experience fresh and seamless for them. Perhaps that’s why Christoph Hauschild (Head of Consulting at plenigo GmbH) said: “Publishers need to develop their products in such a way that the added value for the customer and thus, their willingness to pay, continues to grow.” Goes without saying that it requires a significant amount of effort. On the bright side, though, select subscription management software can make it easier. Which ones? Reach out, and we’ll help you find one that suits your business.

Did you know? Over 60% of businesses in the insurance scene are already investing in low-code platforms for their claims / case management, assistance or cost containment tools.. Global insurance leaders are transitioning to low-code and AI agents, and it's not hard to see why. After all, this innovation can: ? Slash IT costs by up to 40% ? Deploy claims processing tools in months, instead of years. ? Integrate seamlessly with existing systems (go API-first!) ? Ensure enterprise-level compliance and security (think PIPEDA and SOC2 or HIPAA) Forget about tasks, workflows and queues. This is a next-generation approach to insurance IT, with custom tailored UX and best-of-breed AI agents. It’s how you make sure your insurance operation is set up for the future without relying on complex, time-consuming development. Are you sold yet? #LowCode #Insurance #AIAgents

A global pharmaceutical company's content management was on the brink of collapse. Here’s how we saved the day. Citeline completed a series of acquisitions. But as they grew, they began to face major operational challenges. They had: Six separate websites under one CMS (It diluted their brand messaging) A global, remote team trying and failing to collaborate effectively Difficulties in creating, delivering, and maintaining content When they reached out to us, our due diligence revealed the source of their woes: It was their Sitecore CMS. Discovering this, we migrated them to a headless CMS, Arc XP. With this, they got a scalable platform that not only made it easier for their team to collaborate, but also streamlined their content management and unified their brand messaging.
