The holidays can be tough, but they also offer a wonderful opportunity to recharge. Take a moment to step away from your daily grind and enjoy the company of loved ones. Whether it's sharing a meal, reminiscing about cherished memories, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, these small acts can make a big difference. Let's embrace the spirit of gratitude and togetherness this Thanksgiving. Wishing everyone a peaceful and joyful holiday! #Thanksgiving #UnplugToReconnect #FamilyTime #SelfCare #Gratitude

  • ?? A huge round of applause for the Fall Feast at CCCOE's Marchus School! The talented ROP Culinary Class at Marchus School, led by teacher Elisa Arreola, prepared a fantastic meal for over 200 students and guests. Coordinating this event is no easy task, but it's a beloved tradition that everyone looks forward to. A big thank you to all the volunteers, including four generations who worked in the kitchen! We appreciate the donations and the servers who made this event possible. Special recognition goes to the students who spent several days prepping food. Thank you to CCCOE's College and Career Readiness Department for sponsoring the delicious spread. And a big thank you to the staff for their hard work and dedication in making this event a success. #FallFeast #Tradition #CCCOE #MarchusSchool

  • ?? International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day ?? On Saturday, November 23, 2024, we recognize International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, also known as Survivor Day. It was established in 1999 by Senator Harry Reid, who lost his father to suicide. This day is designated by the United States Congress to provide healing and support for those affected by suicide. Survivor Day always falls on the Saturday before American Thanksgiving, because the holidays can be a particularly difficult time for suicide loss survivors.
