Saturday, March 9 marked Coco Cafe’s 1 year anniversary! We're overwhelmed with gratitude for the amazing support we've received from our cherished customers, community, and dedicated staff! With over 4,000 scones and nearly 3,000 lattes served last year, the numbers tell a delicious story of success. Our journey has been about more than just coffee and pastries – it's about building connections and making a positive impact. Here's a glimpse of what we've achieved together in our first year: 1?? Supporting Local Talent: Proudly feature the work of multiple local artists and merchants on our shelves, including incredible collaborations with Kinglee Makers , Akron Honey, and Old Brooklyn Mustards . Your creativity has added a special touch to our space! 2?? Community Collaborations: Established meaningful relationships across our community, partnering with Highland Local School District strict staff and support organizations, Hinckley Chamber of Commerce, Farming with Friends and Medina Creative Housing .
