This time last year, over 9,000 Philippines colleagues officially joined the CCEP family as we jointly acquired Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines with Aboitiz Group. It was the latest step in our journey to becoming a more geographically diverse and growing business. Today, leaders from Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Information & Technology, and People & Culture came together in Port Moresby for the 2025 Business Conference. The conference featured presentations from the Country Leadership Team, providing insights into business performance and key priorities. This was followed by group discussions among managers, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic objectives for the year ahead. We were honoured to have CCEP Pacific Managing Director Steve Inch join us, reinforcing the importance of alignment: “By focusing on our customers, teams, and operational excellence, we are setting the foundation for continued growth.” Sales & Commercial Director - PNG, Tim Solly, echoed this, adding, “By working together and staying focused on our strategic priorities, we can continue to grow our business, support our customers, and create value for our consumers.” A key part of the conference was ensuring alignment across all functions which is critical to driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and maintaining a strong market presence. A recurring theme that surfaced was acknowledging that, our CCEP colleagues are at the heart of bringing these strategies to life and ensuring success. By equipping our teams with the right tools, skills, and resources, we ensure they are empowered to deliver on these priorities and drive our success.
