Transforming a low-rise building in Redwood Shores with a new energy-efficient CHW system! This upgrade replaces an outdated DX system and includes 30-ton chillers, pumps, tanks, CHW coils, a steel platform, and ALC controls. All installed while the building remains fully occupied. Through careful planning, phased execution, and noise mitigation, we’re ensuring minimal disruption while enhancing comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
