Tyler has dedicated 35 years to Walmart, starting as an hourly associate and advancing to his current role as SVP GMM-Chilled, Adult Beverage, and Convenience. His journey began in 1987 and has included pivotal roles in logistics and supply chain management, as well as merchandising, where he has developed innovative replenishment methods for Walmart’s grocery business. Tyler lives in Garfield, Arkansas, with his wife, Mary. ??Alain currently serves as SVP/GMM for Dry Grocery and Beverages at Sam’s Club, having spent 15 years in various key roles, including VP of Merchandising and Business Operations at Sam’s Club eCommerce and VP/DMM of Electronics. His impressive career also includes leadership positions at Walmart Stores, Circuit City, Best Buy, and Target. Alain holds a BA in Economics and Urban Studies from Macalester College and lives with his wife, Faye, and their three children: Ava, Ella, and Ashton. ?? Meet Tyler Lehr, one of our Cultivating Community Co-Chairs for the 2024 Fundraiser! A huge shoutout and thank you to Tyler for his commitment to Cobblestone Farms and our mission to FEED OUR COMMUNITY.? Tyler has dedicated 35 years to Walmart Stores Inc., starting as an hourly associate with the Phillips Company in 1987. Following Walmart's acquisition of Phillips in 1991, Tyler transitioned to an assistant manager role at store 54 in Springdale, Arkansas. His journey at Walmart included four years in field operations, then moving to the Home Office in 1997 as a logistics and supply chain manager. He played a crucial role in developing replenishment methods for Walmart’s grocery business. Tyler later transitioned to merchandising in 1999, serving as a buyer in various divisions before becoming the SVP-Service Deli in 2017. Currently, he holds the role of SVP GMM-Chilled, Adult Beverage, and Convenience, adding responsibilities in December 2022. Tyler and his wife Mary reside in Garfield, Arkansas.
