Please join us in welcoming Alexa L. Gervasi, our new senior associate. Alexa is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and Georgetown University Law Center. She began her legal career practicing high-stakes civil litigation at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, where she developed invaluable skills in how to build, and tirelessly pursue, every case. Alexa then clerked for the Honorable D. Michael Fisher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Don R. Willett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Following her clerkships, Alexa has built a practice dedicated to taking on the most powerful and well-funded opponent—the government—to defend her clients' rights. From the earliest days of litigation through appeals to the United States Supreme Court, Alexa uses her expertise to fight for the rights of individuals and companies, including property rights, freedom of speech, economic liberty, and due process.
